Les Delmarter

Les has been in the field of data processing for more than 25 years as an independent consultant, owner of his own computer company and member of the information systems staff for several large corporations, including California Federal Bank.

In his role as Senior Applications Specialist at CalFed Bank, he was the chief designer and developer of their Human Resources technology environment and the HR document imaging system. With CalFed's approval, the technology developed there became the foundation for the products offered by HR Technologies today.
