Add-on Products for Ceridian HR/Payroll (Formerly Source 500)
HR Technologies has created a variety of useful utilities and add-on products for Ceridian's Source 500
HR/Payroll product. Most of these add-ons integrate directly with Source 500 and can be accessed
from Activity Manager or even be set up to be accessable via any of the toolbars.
Carrier Benefits Interfaces
HR Technologies has developed hundreds of insurance and 401k interfaces over the years
and can package and configure any of them to meet your unique needs.
Insurance carriers include Aetna, Cigna, Pacificare, First Health, Humana, Health Advantage,
Kaiser, Blue Cross, Delta Dental and Davis Vision, to name just a few. We've also developed
interfaces to and from open enrollment and 3rd party administrators including Aetna, Fidelity,
First Health, Towers Perrin, Marsh and BISNet. All of our export interfaces can automatically
encrypt and/or FTP the files they generate, allowing for a streamlined reporting process.

Comprehensive Benefit and Compensation Statement (CBCS)
The Comprehensive Benefit and Compensation Statement (CBCS) was developed to calculate a comprehensive overview of all costs incurred for each employee (including wages,
benefits, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, etc.). CBCS is an informative report for both the employee and employer, making the end-of-year benefits and
compensation reporting process easier than ever.

RLS Manager (Source 550 only)
RLS Manager was developed for those Source 550 customers who are using row-level security
and who's rules or number of users cause the EBase view to become too large.
RLS Manager maintains a set of tables in the database and a new EBase view
references those tables to determine which users should have access to employee data.

Deduction Import Utility
You need to import deductions into Cycle Data on a periodic basis.
We've developed a utility that allows you to do that without having
to create custom import layouts or perform multiple steps. Our utility
reads an Excel file and creates the necessary CycleData and CycleDataDeduction
records. The utility can even create the batch for you if it doesn't already exist.

COBRAServ Automation (Source 550 only)
If you use Ceridian's COBRAServ service for COBRA Administration, we've developed
a set of SQL Server triggers and customizations that determines who
was enrolled in a COBRA-eligible benefit when they terminated and then automatically
creates the necessary ECobraEvent records for you. This takes the guesswork out of
the termination and COBRA notification process and even allows terminations to be
entered by users who don't know anything about COBRA or how to determine if a
terminated employee is eligible or not.

XMTCopy Utility for IPM Customers
If you are an HR/Payroll Source Assist customer, have more than a few PSIDs and use Ceridian's IPM product,
then you've encountered the time consuming problem of having to copy all of the XMT files to your local
system for processing by IPM each pay period. We've developed a utility that will automically copy all
of the XMT files for a specified pay period to your local system. Why spend hours doing something manually
when our utility will do it automatically in minutes.
